He has a light blue shell with a blue swirl on it and has orange skin. He also has orange eyelids and wears a red hat backwards.

When Gary slithers into the Bikini Bottom Pet Store, he is found by a pet store owner, Harold. Gary is put in a glass cage when Mary's ex-boyfriend and his boys slither in. Then he sees one glass cage left but it was revealed to be a french poodle worm.

He was seen in the cage along with the rest of the pet snails and worms.
