Betsy is a member of Trench Billy gang in the episode, Trenchbillies. Ma Angler called her for "hootin and hoolarin contest". She spit saliva while singing. She only appears in the movie along with the Trenchbillies "THE ADVENTURES OF GARY THE SNAIL MOVIE".
